Reinstatement Office MT & Fitout Arkadia Office (2023)

The large-scale integration project worth Rp6.16 billion includes the demolition of the old office interior and exterior (reinstatement), premium interior fit-out design, custom furniture fabrication, and the complete installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems at Arkadia Office.

Campus Chair Procurement Part 1 (2024)

A mass fabrication project worth Rp680 million for the procurement of custom study chairs (50x50x40 cm) to support academic facilities, using sturdy 18 mm plywood material with a combination of high-quality HPL finishing and duco paint for a modern and durable appearance.

Soundproofing Wartsila Training Room (2025)

Improvement of the acoustic quality and comfort of the WLSA Wartsila training room worth Rp131 million through the installation of a state-of-the-art soundproofing system that combines gypsum ceiling materials and rockwool to reduce noise and minimize sound propagation.

Mobilization & Supply Chain Management of Roofing Materials PT Hutama Karya (2026)

The Bluescope Lysaght roofing material transportation project to Lawe-Lawe prioritizes safety, punctuality, and quality material handling. The scope of work includes loading, transporting, and unloading the material at the destination, following procedures to ensure the material arrives in good condition and ready for use.

Touch Up and Repair at Wartsila Gandaria Office (2026)

Touch-up and repair work at Wärtsilä is ongoing and carried out as needed. The scope of work includes various minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as servicing and replacing lamps, creating and installing stickers, repairing water faucets, repairing office facilities, and various other supporting tasks to maintain optimal facility function.

Procurement and Delivery of Fire Extinguisher Equipment (2024)

Procurement and delivery of portable fire extinguishers (APAR) to support fire protection system requirements. This work includes providing equipment according to required specifications and timely delivery to the destination to ensure the readiness of fire safety and response facilities.
