Asrini Wiranti, S.H., Director of PT Cipta Bumi Sarana, has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in financial management, taxation, legal aspects, and regulatory issues in the Indonesian industry. With this track record, she is skilled in providing strategic legal consultation to clients, ranging from handling corporate actions such as mergers and acquisitions, company establishment, to reviewing cooperation contracts with both the private sector and government agencies.
COMMISIONER
Shinta Maharani, S.H., M.H., CLA, as Commissioner of PT Cipta Bumi Sarana, is a legal expert with extensive experience in the fields of Corporate Law, Business Competition Law, and Indonesian Construction Law. Prior to joining CBS, her professional track record includes handling legal matters in power plant construction projects and the Oil and Gas industry, where she has experience assisting multinational and domestic clients in reviewing cooperation contracts, company establishment, and merger and acquisition processes.
OPERATIONAL DIRECTOR
Arief Yudi Triyadi, Operation Director of PT Cipta Bumi Sarana, is a professional expert in Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, and Information Technology (IT). He has a high degree of specialization in handling technical systems for drilling operations and global industrial infrastructure in various countries such as the United States, Canada, Norway, and the United Kingdom, and has extensive experience leading the planning, installation, commissioning, and coordination of projects for major clients at the domestic and international levels.
TECHNICAL ADVISOR
Joni Apriyanto, ST, MT, Technical Advisor at PT Cipta Bumi Sarana, is a senior professional with in-depth expertise in industrial engineering and IT infrastructure. With extensive experience ranging from engineer to maintenance and IT manager, he specializes in the installation, repair, and overhaul of production machinery across various industrial sectors. He also specializes in managing highly secure IT infrastructure and building digital training system platforms.
