CERTIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • [I] The Operational Permit & Compliance Qualification for State Construction Services Issued by Lembaga Sertifikasi Badan Usaha (LSBU) / Kementrian Investasi / BKPM is an official License that states that PT Cipta Bumi Sarana fulfills the eligibility standards as a legal and legally compliant national construction service provider.

    [II] The Construction Work Qualification Classification Qualification issued by Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK) is an official certification that legalizes a company's competence to handle building construction projects, civil infrastructure, as well as mechanical and electrical installations.

[I] The High-rise Building Worker Certification Level 2 (TKBT II) is a Structural Work & Safety at Height qualification issued by Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia (Kemnaker RI). It is an official competency certification for skilled personnel in planning and executing work at heights using safe personal protective equipment (fall protection) to reduce the risk of workplace accidents (Zero Accidents).

[II] The Scaffolding Technician Certification (Scaffolding Competency) is a qualification for the installation and supervision of construction scaffolding structures issued by Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia (Kemnaker RI). This is a specialized technical expertise license for the installation, supervision, dismantling, and inspection of scaffold structures to ensure the safety of all workers on the project site.

[I] The Work Competency Certificate (SKK) for Building Field Workers is a qualification in building management, supervision, and construction implementation methods issued by Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK). It demonstrates technical competency in field management, construction supervision, blueprint interpretation, and construction quality control to ensure compliance with planning specifications.


[II] The Work Competency Certificate (SKK) for Low-Voltage Network Installation Technician is a qualification in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Distribution Networks issued by Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK). It is a specialized qualification in designing, installing, testing, and maintaining low-voltage electrical distribution systems for the operational needs of corporate offices and industrial manufacturing facilities.
